Introduction
Detechtion.AI developed OneView Compression™, a cloud-based software platform for upstream and midstream operators managing fleets of owned and leased gas compressors. OneView gives users a standardized view of compressor data from different vendors and telemetry systems.
Highway 9 Consulting worked with Detechtion to establish OneView’s market position and prepare it for launch. The industrial product marketing campaign included product naming, messaging, digital content, webinars, industry events, and sales enablement.
Problem
Upstream and midstream operators often work with compressor data spread across vendor portals, telemetry sources, SCADA systems, spreadsheets, and internal reports. Inconsistent data and downtime logic make it difficult to understand fleet performance and align teams around the same facts.
Detechtion needed to establish OneView as a distinct product and explain its value to the people responsible for compressor fleet performance, reliability, integrations, and reporting. The company also needed to distinguish OneView from the tools customers already used.
Solution
Highway 9 worked with Detechtion to develop a product launch strategy around OneView’s central benefit. The name OneView Compression and the message “All your compressors. One view. One truth.” translated the platform’s technical capabilities into a direct operational promise.
Highway 9 applied the product positioning across a dedicated product page, public relations, educational content, LinkedIn, email, webinars, and industry events. The team also developed sales enablement content that helped Detechtion explain the platform during prospect meetings and product demonstrations.

Results
Detechtion set a goal of generating $1 million in qualified pipeline by March 31, 2026. By that date, the company had created 26 qualified sales opportunities valued at $4.191 million. This exceeded the target by $3.191 million and represented 419% of the original goal.
The webinar series directly generated four of those opportunities, representing $508,500 in attributed pipeline. The two webinars reached 37 live attendees. Supporting email and LinkedIn promotion extended the product launch to Detechtion’s wider audience.
Building a Go-to-Market Strategy for Oil and Gas Software
Campaign preparation began in October 2025 and supported the product launch on February 2, 2026. Highway 9 and Detechtion positioned OneView as a way for operators to see standardized fleet data across vendors and existing telemetry systems. The platform adds data standardization without requiring customers to replace their current technology.
The integrated marketing campaign included a dedicated product page, press release, educational blog content, LinkedIn posts, and promotional emails. The product page helped buyers evaluate OneView and request a demonstration. Supporting content explained the problem of fragmented compressor data.
A two-part webinar series combined focused customer engagement with broader market education. Detechtion invited selected existing customer companies to the first session. The public product launch webinar extended the message to a wider audience. Together, the webinars generated four qualified sales opportunities valued at $508,500.
Highway 9 and Detechtion carried the product positioning into sales conversations through a sales sheet, presentation, competitive battlecards, messaging framework, and internal FAQ. This sales enablement content helped Detechtion’s team explain OneView consistently and answer technical or competitive questions throughout the buying process.
Detechtion demonstrated OneView at the Gas Compressor Association Conference and Expo and later presented the platform at the Global Energy Show Canada.
